Nunuco accepts the following payment methods:
Debit and Credit cards (VISA, American Express & MasterCard) and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later / Slice it) (Finland, Germany and Holland).
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address that you entered when placing your order. It is therefore important that you enter your real e-mail address when placing your order. Save this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
VAT / CUSTOMS
VAT – We are required by law to collect taxes on products that we sell. All prices you see in our web shop include Finnish VAT (24%).
CUSTOMS – You may be charged import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular country. The EU-countries are excluded from customs fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the discount code box at checkout. Promotion codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and some exclusions apply.
Nunuco Design Co. ships Worldwide - Europe, North-America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South-Korea and Singapore. Our products are shipped from Finland, the Northern part of Europe.
The shipping fee is always a flat rate 5.50€ for all countries.
Finland – All packets contain a tracking code. We use Posti as a delivery company.
We pursue to fulfill your order in 7 business days. After leaving our studio, the delivery time is usually 2 to 7 business days in Europe and 5 to 15 business days in rest of the world. However, delivery times vary depending on what country you are ordering from. Unfortunately we're not responsible for carrier's shipping delays. We strive to deliver your order in 30 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive your order in 30 days, please contact us.
Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world.

During holiday seasons please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual. We will do our best to process and ship out orders as fast as possible. We recommend for all orders to be placed as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays.
Returns & exchanges
RETURN & EXCHANGE RULES
We really hope you love every Nunuco purchase you make! However if you decide you wish to return an item, you can do this within 30 days of shipping confirmation email. Returns require authorization by a customer service representative. Unauthorized returns will be refused. The items must be unopened, unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately personalized cases can not be returned. Products purchased via our online store cannot be exchanged directly: you will have to order a new product and return the original.
HOW TO RETURN
Step 1. Contact our customer care first.
Step 2. We will give you the address where to return the item(s).
Step 3. Include your name and order number in the package. Pack the item(s) carefully, use original packaging if possible.
Step 4. As soon as we receive the item(s) and approve the condition, we will refund your money.
CANCEL/CHANGE YOUR ORDER
Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once your order is sent.
If you wish to add products to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship these orders together upon request. At times, however, we will not be able to accommodate this circumstance and will have to ship separately.
Nunuco reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
Unfortunately, we can not provide free return shipment. You can use the postal service in your country and ship by cheapest method. Please contact customer service for further questions.
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can.
